Chari
Chari joined the Find Group in 2015 and has been instrumental in the overseeing of staff across the businesses with in the group. Chari works closely with Warren running the day to day operations of the business. Her support has been invaluable and has helped the business to grow to where it is today.
Krishiel
Krishiel manages the financial planning staff and is responsible for all matters related to personal insurances, superannuation & retirement. She also works along side Chari and looks after the admin side as a whole.
Abby
Abby is responsible for the Find Community papers operated via the Find Foundation and manages all the staff that produce the community papers.
Cris
Cris supports Warren with all accounting enquiries and admin tasks related to tax returns.
Jezzel
She supports Cris with all accounting enquiries and also admin tasks related to tax returns.
Sharyn
Sharyn is learning all about the superannuation. She is the admin person to go to when it comes to Super.
Aisha
Aisha is a go to person when it comes to personal insurance related tasks. She is also looks after the admin side of the financial planning business.
Mark
Mark creates the front-page artwork for the community papers and supports Abby as an officer in charge of the team and the graphic designers to produce the monthly community papers.
Paul
Paul has been working with Find Foundation since 2020 as a graphic designer and has contributed a good video skill in developing the community paper.
Genevieve
Gen is the Admin support for Find Foundation. She is working alongside Abby in facilitating the online community papers specifically Find Geelong.
Mary
Mary produces entertaining or educational material and is responsible for the contribution of information to any media. She’s also the admin support for Find Foundation. She is working alongside Abby in facilitating the online community papers specifically Find Maroondah and Manningham.
Jan
Jan is the one who facilitates the new program which is Find Aged Care Well-being.
OUTSOURCE – STAFFS
Ann
Ann joined Erryn’s team in April 2022. She works as a support staff and helps Hiruni to produce SMSF reports and other reports related to financial planning. She is very diligent and works independently.
Jeanny
Jeanny joined Rosie’s team in December 2023. She works as a support staff and helps Rosie to organise the files of their clients. She is very diligent and works independently.
Eiah
Eiah joined John’s team in March 2024. She works as a support staff and helps John to organise the files of their clients. She is very diligent and works independently.
