Our History 

The Find Group was established nearly 20 years ago by Warren Strybosch. The Find Group provides accounting and financial planning services. In 2020, the Find Foundation was formed, a Not-For-Profit organisation that aims to establish community newspapers across Victoria e.g. Find Maroondah & Find Geelong. Warren has a heart to make a difference locally and overseas, and the Find community newspapers is one way Warren is giving back to his community.  The papers provide Free advertising to any NFP, schools, sporting clubs, and other similar organisations and includes relevant articles centred around tax and financial planning.

Warren Strybosch has won many awards as a financial planner, has spoken at conferences, workshops, at PD Days, and on podcasts.  He has been selected as one of Australia’s Top 50 Most Influential financial advisors in Australia by his peers.  Warren works tirelessly as an industry advocate and is passionate about making sure people obtain advice that is affordable and relevant to their needs.

The business has grown rapidly over the past 5 years, and we now have 23 staff across working across the different business groups: Find Accountant, Find Wealth, Find Retirement, Find Insurance, Find Aged Care, Find Wellbeing, Find Cards, and the Find Foundation.

Warren Strybosch is the founder and managing director of the Find Group of businesses.  He looks after the accounting (tax returns), superannuation, and retirement planning side of the business as well as manages the Find Foundation, the Not-For-Profit entity that produces the community papers across Victoria.  Warren is an award-winning financial advisor and has been recently listed as one of Australia’s top 50 most influential advisors in Australia.

The Team

Chari Poblacion

Chari joined the Find Group in 2015 and has been instrumental in the overseeing of staff across the businesses within the group. Chari works closely with Warren running the day-to-day operations of the business. Her support has been invaluable and has helped the business to grow to where it is today.

Krishiel Mogato

Krishiel manages the financial planning staff and is responsible for matters related to personal insurance, superannuation & retirement. She also works with Chari and looks after the admin side.

Nika Zambra

Nika is a retirement staff working alongside Krishiel. She works on quarterly reviews making sure the implementation steps are being completed.

Mary Barnes

Mary is the admin staff for Retirement. She works on Statement of Advice alongside Krishiel.

Sharyn Camiring

Sharyn is looking after all superannuation. Sharryn works on welathsolver and produce reports e.g. SOA’s and ROA’s..

Jeanny Palestra

Jeanny recently joined the Financial Planning team and is currently gaining hands-on experience in WealthSolver. She is also preparing to undertake training in Aged Care Steps to broaden her expertise in client solutions.  With a growing passion for helping clients make informed financial decisions, Jeanny is quickly becoming a valuable member of the team.

Tricia Maldevia

Tricia works alongside Sharyn doing superannuation reports. Tricia helps Sharyn produce portfolio review reports and other financial planning reports.

Aisha Telesforo

Aisha is a go to person when it comes to personal insurance related tasks.  

Eiah Emboltorio

Eiah is working alongside Aisha with personal insurance side of things.

Yvain Loria

Yvain is the overall admin for financial planning. She is responsible for emails and admin jobs.
